Ingtec operates in the field of bulk material technology with the production of material processing plants as well as pneumatic conveying systems. Equipment for ensiling, discharging, weighing, dosing, grinding, drying, cooling and mixing of bulk materials as well as the handling of liquids are the essential components of our systems. These are tailor-made solutions to problems, adapted to the tasks of our customers, including the electrical systems.
In this context, Ingtec can fall back on the 40 years of know-how of the former Rotziger Pneumacon AG, later known as Ingtec Pneumacon AG.
The spectrum of our pneumatic conveying systems includes all conveying systems such as flight conveying systems as suction or pressure systems in the low-pressure range or pressure vessel conveying systems as a plug conveying system.
Our dense phase conveying system AIRCONDOS® is used for defined slow conveying by means of a bypass. With this conveying system it is possible to convey particularly abrasive or poorly flowing materials gently, segregation-free and safely.
Our customers are often in market areas where it is necessary to handle particularly sensitive and explosive bulk materials with poor flow. Examples include the paint and lacquer, battery, stone and mould, pharmaceutical, chemical, food, animal feed, steel and plastics industries.
A further focus of our product range is the field of measurement, control and monitoring technology. We create systems for the control and automation of process sequences at PLC and PC level, including the visualizations. Weighing tasks, whether batch weighings or continuous differential dosing weighings, are processed directly in the PLC by software. This naturally includes the entire logistics for material flow, accounting, recipe management and databases, etc., also in connection with higher-level DCS systems.
